Offered Classes

The 2010 Basic Life Support (BLS) guidelines by the American Heart Association is used as the core for CPR training. The trainees are assured of getting only the latest training for first aid, CPR, and AED. “Push hard and fast” on the center of the chest is one of the main techniques taught during skill development.

Students can enrol in three different levels of CPR: A, C, and HCP. All levels include training for adult victims, but only C and HCP have training for pediatric CPR, AED, and first aid.

Still not convinced? Here’s a sample lesson on bandaging.

One of the most useful items in a  basic first aid kit is a triangle bandage, or a triangle-shaped cloth made of linen or cotton. Triangle bandages can be used to immobilize injuries or keep dressings in place. A basic workplace first aid kit should have at least four triangle bandages.
